policy changes

I have some policy changes, I needed to pass on, due to the increasing number of last minute cancellations and reschedules of late….
 
As of June 1st, the studio minimum will be increasing from $80 to $100. Consults now require a $20 non-refundable fee in-advance, which will be applied toward your deposit. The minimum non-refundable deposit is $100, which is applied towards the cost of the tattoo. Deposits are good for 6 months from the time of initial consult.
Cancellations with less that 48 hours will forfeit your deposit. Exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A $50 reschedulng-fee will be required for multiple reschedules, which will be not applied towards your tattoo. No-call no-shows will not be rescheduled.
 
I hate to have to get strict on this, but the amount of last minute cancellations and multiple reschedules are costing me time and money, as well as taking appointments times away from people who want, and keep, their appointments. Its okay to be unsure about a tattoo, but please hold off on scheduling until you are sure.
